That’s why we have developed a clear and fair Refund & Return Policy to help guide you through the process if you’re unsatisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
It must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, manuals, or promotional items that came with it.
Your return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order number, confirmation email, or payment receipt.
We reserve the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.
Certain types of items are not eligible for return under any circumstances. These include:
Personal care products (e.g., creams, cosmetics, soaps, etc.) due to hygiene reasons
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Customized or made-to-order products
Gift cards or promotional vouchers

If your item qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to wikispecial12@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
Wait for Approval: Our customer support team will review your request and send you further instructions, including the return address and next steps.
Ship the Item Back: You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item received.
Inspection & Confirmation: Once we receive the item, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed accordingly.
Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected and sent back at your expense.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, mobile wallet).
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may offer refunds through bank transfer or store credit.
Refunds are only issued for the product cost; any original shipping or handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to replace an item with a different size, color, or style, you must return the original item first (if eligible), and then place a new order.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or solution at no extra cost to you.
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided it hasn't already been processed or shipped. To cancel, please email us immediately at wikispecial12@gmail.com. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process if eligible.
