Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
During peak sales, holidays, or new product launches, order processing may take slightly longer due to high demand. We appreciate your patience.

You will receive a confirmation email with order details and a shipping notification once your order is on its way.

2. Delivery Timeline

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely and secure deliveries. Estimated delivery times may vary based on your location:

Major Cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch
Remote or Rural Areas: 4–7 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors like weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen disruptions may cause slight delays.

3. Shipping Charges

We strive to offer affordable and transparent shipping rates:

Standard Shipping Fee: A flat fee may apply depending on your order amount and location.
Free Shipping Offers: From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly mentioned on the website or banner during checkout.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the delay or issue is due to our error.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery within Pakistan. If you are located in an area that is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team will contact you for alternate arrangements or a refund.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll email or message you a tracking number and courier details so you can monitor your parcel’s journey in real time.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

In case the courier is unable to deliver your order due to incorrect address, no response, or refusal to accept the parcel:

The courier may attempt delivery up to two times.
If delivery still fails, the parcel will be returned to us.
Re-delivery can be arranged upon your request, but additional shipping charges may apply.

To avoid delays, please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and availability are accurate and complete at the time of placing the order.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Parcels

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order:

Arrives damaged, please take clear photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Is missing an item, kindly notify us with your order number and details.
Appears to be lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier to track and resolve the issue.

We will make every reasonable effort to replace or refund your order if the courier confirms the issue.

8. Change of Address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing the order, contact us within 6 hours of placing it. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee any changes.
